I was one of the ones who was against life coaching and therapy. I was always taught to just pray it away. While prayer is the most important thing to help with life’s ups and downs… prayer and therapy goes together real bad lol. Dr T was recommended to me by a friend of mine 4 years ago after the unexpected death of my Grandmother. Grief can be something that can literally take you out of here and that was me. I was slowly losing my mind. In the middle of a pandemic, scared, filled of grief and anger towards God… I knew I needed a breakthrough. I reached out to Dr T and one simply conversation led me to understanding my feelings and that it was natural to have all those feelings at the time. Because I was a believer and a woman of God, it was important for me to find a therapist that echoed God’s word and she did just that throughout our sessions. The assignments given to me also unlocked something in me strengthening my gifts, my prayer life and life in general. She helped me navigate the most difficult time in my life and because of that I am now stronger and thriving! You need this type of experience in your life to help times get better.
